For example: a sudden event is when a mobile phone falls from your hand. An internal fault can be when the camera does not focus and photos are blurred.
In that case, the insured person has the right to receive service through insurance.

Guide for turning off Find My before bringing the device for service:
Sign out of the Apple ID account on the device (in Settings)
Sign in at www.iCloud.com/find with your Apple ID username and password.
Choose "Find iPhone".
Open the list at the top of the page "All Devices".
Choose the device where you want to disable the feature and click "Remove from account".
