The SIM card was stuck in the slot and I couldn’t get it out of the phone. In a couple of places before (I won’t name which ones) they asked for 45 euros and a couple of days. Here everything was done in a few minutes and nothing was taken! Super)
I ordered a screen change. Payed extra for better screen, but got a screen that is really bad: it's smaller than original screen, text is unclear, colors are WAY off. Especially when the brightness is down, then all the black colors are brown. So I really do not recommend the alternative screen options. People working there seem nice though.

We handed over two phones for repair with the same problems (the screen did not work). Guys fixed everything very quickly, the first phone was returned in half an hour! The second one was a little more problematic and required an extra visit. However, everything works! Technician is very nice :)
