Save your time and send your device to us via parcel machine!

To do this, follow the simple steps:

• Pack your device: Your package should be strong on the outside and soft on the inside to protect your device from damage. The outer layer must also prevent access to the device without damaging the packaging. Paper and bubble wrap are good for the inner layer.
• Mark the contact information on the package: Write down your name and phone number, as well as our contact information - iProff OÜ; tel. +372 5981 8848. NB! Make sure you write down our phone number on the package!
• Inform us about sending the package: Call in advance +372 5981 8848 or send an email to info@iproff.ee.
• Send your parcel: Use the nearest Smartpost or Omniva parcel machine. (Smartpost: https://www.smartpost.ee/pakiautomaatide-asukohad Omniva: https://www.omniva.ee/asukohad). Choose Omniva Tallinn Lastekodu Grossi pakiautomaat (Lastekodu 14) or Itella smartpost Tallinna Sikupilli Prisma pakiautomaat (Tartu maantee 87) as the destination.
